Our stay was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the hospitality was memorable and the jetted tub in our room was fantastic. On the other hand, there were major issues with communication and customer service that really dampened the experience. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Lux Hotel. The service was outstanding, with the manager frequently checking on us, which made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast timing was convenient, allowing us to enjoy our meal without rushing. Our room was spacious and clean, making our family vacation a pleasure. I do wish the pillows were a bit more comfortable, but that was a minor issue. Overall, I can't wait to return!
